
4月27日上午,中关村论坛人工智能主题日活动举办。记者从主题日活动上获悉,当天主题日各项活动取得多项成果。北京市、海淀区、清华大学、智源研究院等都在论坛上发布了一系列重磅政策和前沿创新成果。
论坛还举办了通用人工智能论坛、数据安全治理与发展论坛、6G创新发展论坛等专场和特色论坛,形成通用智能人“通通”、6G通感算智融合创新平台、中文互联网语料库CCI 2.0、生成式人工智能安全风险测评平台等多项成果。

海淀区率先发布全球首个人工智能街区概念
人工智能主题日活动采用1场主论坛、4场专场论坛和7场特色论坛的“1+4+7”活动框架,进行64场主题演讲、12场圆桌对话;同时,组织智谱AI、百川智能、瑞莱智慧等20家重点人工智能企业参加中关村展示中心常设展,形成“论坛+展览”的活动组合,截至目前,主题日已举办8场活动,累计发布成果近30项,实现了“场场有成果、处处有亮点”。
其中,市发改委发布了《北京市关于加快通用人工智能产业引领发展的若干措施》;市科委、中关村管委会发布了大模型行业应用分析报告及应用场景联合研发平台启动征集,对北京市行业大模型创新应用大赛获奖团队进行颁奖。
前沿成果方面,清华大学朱军教授团队发布了视频生成模型重大技术成果;智源研究院联合中国电信集团发布了全球首个低碳、高性能、低幻觉开源多语言大模型。
海淀区作为全国人工智能发展高地,全面布局人工智能发展,在主论坛将近期一批阶段性成果向大家进行发布和展示。一是政策举措方面,发布《打造全国具身智能创新高地三年行动方案》,重点聚焦大模型和机器人整机,部署实施六大行动,力争到2026年,初步建成全国具身智能原始策源地、应用示范新高地和产业加速集聚地,成为我国参与全球具身智能竞争的核心力量。
要素集聚方面,海淀区率先发布全球首个人工智能街区概念,在53平方公里城市空间按照“三横、两纵、一带”的格局,规划人工智能街区,全力建设集成通用人工智能技术的城市智能体,率先在五道口和大钟寺两个先导区,打造智能体样板间。
此外,发起成立中关村人工智能产业联盟并宣读倡议。联盟由海淀联合清华、北大、人大、信通院、智源研究院、中国中车、百度、腾讯、智谱AI、百川智能等顶尖高校、科研机构和重点企业等创新主体共同发起成立,旨在汇聚国内外资源,促进人工智能产业创新发展。
针对人工智能的技术、算力及应用场景,海淀持续推出政策支持
人工智能正在成为引领新一代科技革命和产业变革的战略性技术,将以前所未有的力量改变我们的生产和生活方式。海淀区作为全国研发基础最好、创新能力最强、产品迭代最为活跃的地区,正在积极打造人工智能产业高地。
产业政策方面,从2023年开始,海淀区持续出台了一系列政策,包括推动《关于加快中关村科学城人工智能大模型创新发展的若干措施》以及相关的实施方案,主要针对人工智能的技术、算力及应用场景,给予产业精准引导和资金支持,推动大模型软硬件的体系化布局和产业创新发展。
在关键要素供给上,算力方面,海淀区正在积极打造北京人工智能公共算力平台,目前3500P的算力已经部署到位,计划到年底部署10000P算力;数据方面,海淀区正在积极推动北京人工智能模型语料中心建设,现在已经有1100TB高质量数据向大模型企业提供,同时还正在积极推进北京数据基础制度先行区建设。
产业空间方面,以中关村知春路、学院路以及周边39平方公里为核心区和引领区的中关村人工智能大模型产业集聚区已经基本形成,首批打造了五道口、北大西门、中关村西区、清华科技园4个特色产业园,建筑面积达67万平方米,主要聚焦核心技术研发、人才培养,完善创新生态等多方面提高产业创新效能。
此外,强化资本支撑方面,推动设立50亿规模以人工智能为重点的科技成长二期基金,聚焦人工智能领域加大投资力度。
海淀区有关负责人介绍,下一步,海淀区将围绕“打造具有全球影响力的人工智能产业高地”,强化关键技术攻关,全速抢抓算力建设,并加快数据汇集开放,打造人工智能创新街区标杆场景,推动具身智能产业创新发展。为人工智能创新主体提供全方位、一站式服务能力,匹配强有力政策支撑,推动制度创新和监管创新,形成资本、空间等全面保障的开放创新生态。
医学AI大会发布2023年医学AI前沿领域成果
医学AI大会汇聚了领域内顶级专家和行业精英,探讨了诸多创新应用实践,发布2023年医学AI前沿领域成果。
成果分别在脑科学领域、胰腺癌筛查、AI模型与人脑相似性研究、超声肿瘤诊疗等方向提出了创新性、前瞻性的研究,为国内相关研究提供重要理论和实践基础,同时展示了中国在该领域的创新能力和国际影响力。
甲状腺结节超声辅助诊断软件、首款国产单髁关节置换机器人、关节置换手术模拟软件,都已获得国家药监局的三类医疗器械注册证,标志着我国医疗AI产品在市场化和商业化进程的阶段性成果。
“医学人工智能是一个大的概念,它下面又有很多细分的领域和应用场景,包括语音交互、生成式AI大模型等。”中国生物医学工程学会原副理事长万遂人介绍,智慧医院是当下非常热门的一个话题,它的核心在于数据的互联互通,结构化处理和端到端的应用,而医学人工智能即是一种创新的端到端应用的技术手段,能够让医院的管理更加高效,让临床诊疗更加精准。
手术室是一家医院数据资源最集中、医疗资源最集中的部门,手术室的智慧程度和集成能力是一家医院做智慧医院建设的最直观体现。“医学人工智能,无论是针对心脏的,还是针对胸肺的,或是骨科或神经外科等,最终这些应用大多都会为手术以及手术室的建设而服务,这也就是我们今天这个大会的内核。”万遂人说。
6G无线网络异构硬件基带云平台可支持超高实时性和高带宽通信处理需求

其中,6G无线网络异构硬件基带云平台,可支持超高实时性和高带宽通信处理需求,实现了多种异构资源的统一管理和高效调度;超大规模MIMO AAU实现基站原型系统的服务化架构和大带宽、高速信号处理,可全面支撑6G无线网络新技术的测试与验证;6G无线网络异构硬件基带云平台和超大规模MIMO AAU加起来实际上就是完整的6G基站原型平台,同时发布了6G终端原型平台支持单载波400MHz、下行8流、上行4流的大带宽、高速率实时通信,为6G终端设备研发提供了重要参考。

清华大学4月27日成立人工智能学院,聚焦“人工智能核心基础理论与架构”和“人工智能+X”两个重点方向,以高定位和新机制建设中国自主的“AI顶尖人才和原始创新基座”。图灵奖获得者、中国科学院院士姚期智担任清华大学人工智能学院首任院长。
