据了解，4月9日，武汉市江岸区市场监管局一元街市场监管所已经前往现场调查。这名女子购买的雪花酥标价为12.8元/50g，即一斤128元，一千克256元。购物小票显示，这名女子一共买了2.662kg，总价681元。调查发现，店内商品确实是明码标价。不过，店员存在没有明确告知、提醒顾客计价方式、商品价值的问题。
另据红星新闻4月11日报道，4月10日下午，武汉市江岸区市场监督管理局工作人员对记者表示，针对网友爆料的“高价”等情况，该局正在进一步调查取证中，会在法定办案期限内回复相关举报和投诉。
