reform、perform、information
1. inform：动词，“通知；告知”，搭配 inform sb. of sth.（告知某人某事）、inform sb. that...（通知某人...），语气正式；
2. reform：动词 / 名词，“改革；改良”，搭配 reform the education system（改革教育体系），仅因词根 “-form” 与 inform 相近易混，语义无关；
3. perform：动词，“表演；执行”，搭配 perform a play（表演戏剧）、perform a task（执行任务），词根 “-form” 相同但语义不同；
4. information：名词，“信息”，由 inform 派生（inform+ation），不可数名词（学生常误加 s 为 “informations”），与 inform 词性不同（前者名词，后者动词）。
