近日，有网友分享在一家火烧云门店就餐的经历称，自己排队等位，等到前方只剩一个号时，有多位孕妇没有排队直接进店就餐，自己继续排队等了一个小时。有其他网友称，火烧云门店会让孕妇优先，不用排队直接进店。

浩海火烧云傣家菜官方公众号的信息显示，该品牌在北京、上海共有5家门店，顾客排队方式包括现场排队、公众号线上取号，人到齐80%入场。品牌有一项针对宝妈的优惠福利——孕期准妈妈免排队，享受优先安排就餐福利；另有针对医护人员、外地食客及12岁以下孩童的优惠。

记者咨询了海底捞在上海的多家门店。工作人员均表示，在排队高峰期，门店会视现场排队情况，优先安排孕妇、老人、小孩、残疾人等特殊人群就餐。不过，这一安排不代表孕妇不用排队，“一般会视现场情况决定，也有可能有老人、小孩等（排在前面）。”
