contact、connect、communicate
1. contact（动词 / 名词）：“联系；接触”（搭配 “contact sb；eye contact”），可表 “主动联系” 或 “物理接触”；
2. connect（动词）：“连接；关联”（搭配 “connect two cities；connect with sb”），侧重 “物理连接” 或 “情感关联”，无 “主动联系” 含义；
3. communicate（动词）：“交流；沟通”（搭配 “communicate with sb”），侧重 “信息交换”，与 contact 的 “简单联系” 不同。

这组词都有“遇见，会见，碰见”的意思，其区别是：
face侧重双方静止地面对面，或指指充满勇气、信心和决心正视人或事。
encounter通常指遇到困难或挫折，也指偶然或意外地相遇。
