12月17日，上海交通大学发布了《2023-2024学年本科教学质量报告》（以下简称《报告》），数据显示，截至2024年8月31日，上海交大应届本科毕业生总体就业率达95.19%。本科毕业生最主要的去向是升学，占比 81.95%。记者对比同期五年数据发现，本科毕业生升学比例为近五年来最高。

《报告》显示，2024年上海交大共有本科毕业生4074人，实际毕业人数为3970人，毕业率为97.45%，学位授予率为 99.85%。
截至2024年10月，2024届本科毕业生赴国防科技单位及部队就业27人，录取定向选调生18人，赴中西部及东北地区就业72人。
截至2024年8月31日，上海交大应届本科毕业生总体就业率达95.19%。本科毕业生最主要的去向是升学，共计3097人，占比81.95%，其中出国（境）留学838人，占比22.18%。
记者对比了近五年同期升学数据发现，2024年的81.95%比例为近五年同期最高。具体而言，2023年升学人数占应届本科毕业生总数的72.61%，2022年为67.60%，2021年为62.64%，2020年为75.67%。
《报告》显示，2024年上海交大计划招收普通本科生4838人，实际报到4768人，报到率98.55%。各类招生渠道中，包括高考统招录取2461人，上海、浙江综合评价录取改革试点招生1005 人，强基计划招生295人，外语类保送生131人等。
在2024年的本科生源中，农村户籍学生占15.2%（734人），城镇户籍学生占84.8%（4104 人）；汉族学生占90.5%（4380人），其他民族学生占9.5%（458人）；女生比例为30.2%（1460 人），男生比例为69.8%（3378人），计算可得男女比例超过了2:1。
2024年新增3个本科专业，建设21个“AI+微专业”
《报告》显示，上海交大设有30个本科教学单位，85个本科专业，其中工学专业占到38个。为适应国家战略需求和区域经济社会发展，学校2024年增设了3个本科专业，包括环境设计、健康科学与技术以及运动训练。
上海交大共有60个专业入选国家级一流本科专业建设点，3个专业入选省级一流本科专业建设点。其中包括11个通过工程教育专业认证，3个通过医学类专业认证，15个入选“卓越工程人才”计划2.0专业、1个入选“卓越法治人才”计划2.0专业、4个入选“卓越医生”计划2.0专业、3 个入选“卓越农林人才”计划2.0专业以及7个入选基础学科拔尖学生培养计划2.0基地专业。
结合《上海交通大学“AI+教育教学”行动方案(2024-2026年)》，遴选一批面向未来科学前沿、面向未来产业变革、面向未来社会治理的国家急需专业（首批试点9个AI+专业)，促进AI 技术、AI知识与顶尖科学家智慧、人才培养方式充分融合，培养“AI+HI”赋能的拔尖创新人才。顺应学科交叉趋势，上海交大建设了21个“AI+微专业”，培养适应新时代需求的人工智能复合型人才。
