遭遇两连败后，国足目前小组垫底。面对是否辞职的提问，伊万科维奇说：“这个问题不应该提给我，虽然上一场我们大比分失利，但我们小组中有三支实力很强的球队。我们的目标是排名小组前四，晋级下一阶段，我们正在朝着这个目标努力，还有8场比赛，这场比赛的表现也比上一场好。”
