2024年2月16日下午，在全网拥有4000万粉丝的某网红短视频博主发布了一段1分37秒的视频，称她在巴黎街头，有人递给她两本寒假作业，称是在“厕所”捡到的，请她帮忙“还给主人”。该博主称，要将其带回国物归原主，并隔空喊话“一年级八班秦朗”，事件很快引起热议，并冲上热搜。
其间，有自称“秦朗舅舅”“秦朗老师”的视频博主在视频下留言。被网友质疑后2月19日，“秦朗舅舅”承认系摆拍，其账号被禁，视频下架。
4月7日，江苏省公安厅公布的十起网络谣言类案件中，该案也位列其中。经查，2月17日，“寒假作业丢巴黎”事件发酵后，江苏南通杨某为博取关注、吸粉引流，在某网络平台“小学生寒假作业遗落巴黎厕所”短视频下造谣某学校，并以“失主”舅舅身份摆拍、直播到书店购买新作业送给外甥。因对相关学校造成不良影响，扰乱公共秩序，目前，杨某已被公安机关行政处罚。
上游新闻记者注意到，在公布的其它典型案例中，也涉及多起热点事件，而涉事视频博主等均存在为吸粉引流造谣的情形。其中，今年1月4日，南京孙某、苏州李某等人为达到博取关注和提高楼盘销量等目的，编造传播“义务教育改革缩短学制”“高中纳入义务教育、南京在玄武区试点”等谣言信息。目前，孙某、李某等7人已被公安机关分别予以行政处罚。

此外，今年1月10日，李某某、孙某某等人为吸粉引流、非法牟利，在网上搜集“女子相亲点餐花费三万多元，相亲对象气愤离场，女子刷爆信用卡”的文案，添加时间、地点等虚假内容进行改编并出镜拍摄。李某某、孙某某已被盐城公安机关依法采取刑事强制措施，案件正在进一步侦办中。
今年2月19日，陈某某为博取关注，将下载的某社交平台一女子生活照与某热点事件涉事女教师照片进行拼接，并配以不当言论合并发到网上，导致网络谣言和网络暴力大量滋生扩散，对该女子个人名誉、正常生活造成严重影响。陈某某已被公安机关依法采取刑事强制措施，案件正在进一步侦办中。
江苏省公安厅相关负责人介绍，去年底，公安部部署开展打击整治网络谣言专项行动以来，江苏公安机关依法严厉打击涉虚假警情、热点事件、经济民生等领域网络谣言违法犯罪活动，截至目前已侦办网络谣言类案件1670起。

On the afternoon of February 16, 2024, a popular short video blogger with 40 million followers posted a 1 minute and 37 second video, claiming that she was on the streets of Paris. Someone handed her two winter vacation homework books and claimed that they were found in the restroom, asking her to help "return them to the owner.". The blogger claimed to bring him back to his original home country and shouted "Qin Lang, Class 8, Grade 1" from afar. The incident quickly sparked heated discussions and became a hot topic.
