库克表示,30年前他来中国时,那时候中国工厂条件还非常差,工厂有很多人,现在中国工厂现代化水平已经很高了,拥有非常先进的制造能力,训练有素的工人,“但要放在未来看,2030年苹果所有的产品要实现碳中和,双方都要做出大量的创新。”

当天,苹果携三家供应商⸺比亚迪、蓝思科技和长盈精密在上海办公室举办了一场小型分享会,集中展示了其在智能制造、绿色制造以及人才培养方面的最新成果和进展。苹果与清华大学合作的碳中和能力提升项目的三位学生也在现场分享了他们在供应商公司等地实习的感受与收获。

公开消息显示:库克最近两次访华都参了与供应链有关的活动。去年10月份,库克来到浙江嘉善立讯精密(002475)的工厂。这家工厂是为苹果生产手表(Apple Watch)的总装工厂,立讯精密董事长王来春陪同库克参观。

库克表示,苹果与立讯精密合作已有十多年,现在他们正在生产一些苹果最先进的产品,包括碳中和的苹果手表系列和iPhone 15 Pro Max等。立讯将在2030年实现为苹果生产的碳中和。

中国供应链企业也对苹果非常重视。这次比亚迪董事长王传福、蓝思科技董事长周群飞,长盈精密总经理陈小硕都亲自参与了这次分享会。

“我们非常融洽、非常好的关系,是双赢的关系,任何关系做到双赢都是至关重要的。“库克表示。

据介绍,比亚迪2008年成为苹果的供应商合作伙伴,起初为苹果提供金属外壳的加工,目前它为iPhone、iPad、Apple Watch等多条产品线提供玻璃、结构件和组装业务 。

比亚迪相关人士透露,目前苹果依然是公司第一大客户,在智能制造、绿色制造等诸多领域都跟苹果进行了深度合作。

比亚迪在现场通过沙盘形式展示了iPad结构件及组装业务的产线设计。在该产线的关键工序⸺数控机床中使用数据模型,能够实时捕捉大量的数据并加以分析判断,从而大幅提升制程能力。现场展示的logo组装机是比亚迪在iPad项目中自主研发的自动化组装设备。

现场展示的设备中有一台小巧的iPad自动光学检测设备,是“使用 iPad 生产 iPad ”理念的呈现:这是比亚迪与苹果合作开发的成果,应用于iPad产线的检测。它通过4个iPad Pro的摄像头进行拼图采样,再结合深度学习,完成对产品的组装检查。经过10天训练,检出率可达99%以上。

湖南的蓝思科技(300433)2006年成为苹果供应商合作伙伴,为初代iPhone生产玻璃防护屏。目前它为iPhone等多条产品线生产玻璃、金属外壳等零配件,也是苹果Vision Pro的玻璃供应商之一。

周群飞表示,苹果Vision Pro玻璃板是公司至今做的最难的玻璃,主要造型加工难。据了解,蓝思科技正在满负荷生产地这块玻璃。

广东的长盈精密(300115)在2012年成为苹果供应链一员,从为Mac电脑提供金属件开始,发展到目前为Mac、Apple Watch、Apple Vision Pro等多条产品线提供关键外观件等。

陈小硕介绍,长盈精密是苹果在再生材料创新和应用方面的合作伙伴之一,已实现了使用百分百再生铝来生产Mac的外壳。

库克重申晚些时候公布生成式AI进展

库克这次访华同样行程满满,除了与供应链企业交流分享外,当天早上他还去外滩漫步并品尝上海传统早餐,并探访了一家导演工作室。

此外,苹果上海静安零售店即将在3月21日开业,库克也在微博上欢迎顾客光临。到时候,库克可能会亲临这家店开业,与顾客互动。

在与媒体交流时被问及iPhone 在人工智能(AI)上的进展,库克则回答称,AI已经运用在了苹果产品的各方面,例如Apple Watch的摔倒检测以及iPhone的预测性文本输入等功能,都是由AI来完成驱动的。

对于生成式AI的应用,库克则再次重申今年晚些时候会有新闻宣布。

Public information shows that Cook has participated in supply chain related activities during his last two visits to China. Last October, Cook visited the factory of Jiaxun Precision (002475) in Zhejiang. This factory is the final assembly plant for producing Apple Watch watches, and Wang Laichun, Chairman of Luxon Precision, accompanied Cook on a tour.
