新京报贝壳财经讯（记者赵方园）315曝光槽头肉梅菜扣肉一事仍在发酵。3月16日，知名打假人王海在微博发文称：小杨哥和东方甄选都销售过槽头肉扣肉，直播间应退一赔十。对此，东方甄选客服回应称，这是合作商家的商品，会登记客户信息和订单编号，联系商家办理仅退款。客户若有其他诉求，将记录下来反馈给商家进行处理。

王海表示，315晚会曝光了“安徽东辉科技食品有限公司”生产的“御徽缘”梅菜扣肉，使用的都是槽头肉，并且含有大量未经处理干净的淋巴肉和甲状腺，槽头肉不属于食品原料、禁止食用，这严重不符合《食品安全标准》。

同时，他还指出，“东方甄选”和“疯狂小杨哥”直播间都销售过这款产品，仅仅“三只羊乔妹”一场直播销售量就突破24.2万单，以每单59.9元计算，累计销量突破1400万元。“东方甄选”销量 5.3万单，销量达到317万元。

据央视财经3月15日报道，近年来，预制菜销售火爆，“梅菜扣肉”成“顶流”。安徽省阜阳市是梅菜扣肉预制菜的主要产区之一。记者接到举报，当地有个别企业用未经严格处理的槽头肉制作梅菜扣肉预制菜。

根据《中华人民共和国国家标准（GB/T 17236-2019）畜禽屠宰操作规程 生猪 》要求，对屠宰后的猪必须进行“整修”：整修可视病变淋巴结、摘除肾上腺和残留甲状腺等。尤其是甲状腺，含有大量甲状腺激素，食用后会产生中毒反应。

3月15日，阜阳发布微博发布消息：“315晚会”曝光了我市春天食品有限公司、安徽东辉食品科技有限公司、安徽厨先生食品有限公司用未经严格处理的槽头肉制作梅菜扣肉的问题，属地市场监管、公安等联合执法组当即赶至现场，已对涉事企业进行查封，对所有成品半成品及原料等现场封存。涉事企业法人代表已被公安机关传唤到位。
