视频显示，在一处天然温泉池内，有多人正在泡澡，不过引人注意的是，在温泉池正上方，焊了一层钢筋防护网。有网友戏称，这是在“水牢”里泡温泉。

极目新闻记者核实了解到，视频拍摄于重庆市开州区温泉镇。3月15日，温泉镇工作人员回应极目新闻记者称，视频中的温泉池是一处天然温泉，但此处正在治理地质灾害，有落石滑坡风险，为了群众的人身安全，才焊上了钢筋防护网。

该工作人员介绍，视频没有拍全，只是展示了人员泡温泉的部分，温泉池周边坡度较高，存在安全隐患，为了消除风险，年前焊上钢筋防护网关闭温泉池，不仅用铁皮围了起来，还贴了告示，“（泡温泉的人）可能在出水口把钢筋撬起来，然后从水下钻了进去。”

“接下来，我们将对损坏处进行修理，加大宣传力度告知大家不要去泡温泉。”上述工作人员还表示，他们将通过安装警示牌等方式加强宣导，日常也会加大巡查力度，对不安全行为进行劝导。
