their、they、them、there be vs have
1. there：副词 “在那里；存在”（over there；There is a park），there be 句型表 “某地有某物”，主语在后（There are books 错误，应为 There are some books）；
2. their/they/them：“他们的 / 他们 / 他们（宾格）”，因发音（/ðeə(r)/）和部分拼写相近，易混淆 there（地点）与 their（所属）（如 there book 错误，应为 their book）；
3. there be 与 have：there be 表 “客观存在”（There is a pen on the desk），have 表 “所属拥有”（I have a pen），不可混用（There is a pen to me 错误，应为 I have a pen）。

1.there用作副词主要表示空间位置“那里”，与静态动词连用时意为“在那里”，与动态动词连用时意为“往那里”。there用作定语时只可后置。
2.用there开头的感叹句加强语气时，谓语动词通常不用现在进行时态，而用一般现在时态，如果主语是名词或名词短语，句子须倒装；若主语是人称代词，句子不可倒装。
