日前，中国外长王毅与越南副总理裴青山，在北京举行会谈。双方在此次会议期间，签署了一项重要合作协议，关于中越跨境铁路合作项目终于落地。
据报道，中越双方将共同建设位于越南境内的3条铁路线，更重要的是，3条铁路将采用与中国相同的铁轨规格。
这3条铁路建成后，中越两国的乘客和货物不需要在边境地区进行换乘，就可以直接通过。
中越两国长期以来一直对加强铁路连接表示出兴趣，但是一直没有达成具体的协议。如今，协议正式签署，越方心里的“大石头”，总算是可以落地了。
中越之间的陆路交通设施，主要依靠铁路，但是中越边境的景象大不相同。越南这边的铁路是100多年前，法国殖民越南时期修建的，如今还在使用。
但是相对应的中方一侧，早已经替换成了高铁。由于轨道规格不兼容，给两国贸易流通造成了很大的不便。

去年12月，中方领导人访越期间，双方达成了初步协议，短短一年的时间，这项协议提上了日程。
中方表示，将向越南提供援助，包括为越方制定3条铁路的建设方案，为越方培训铁路工人以及为越方提供资金援助等。总体上来说，中越的这个合作项目，对双方都是有利的。
简单介绍一下这3条铁路。第一条是“老街-河内-海防”铁路，全长近400公里，再往北就会和我国的昆玉河铁路相连，也就是直通我国云南境内。
第二条铁路是“同登-河内”铁路，全长160多公里，再往北就到了我国广西境内的凭祥。目前，南宁到凭祥的高铁正在建设，预计将在明年全面通车。
第三条铁路是“芒街-下龙-海防”铁路，全长近200公里。芒街对岸就是我国广西的东兴，再往北，就是我国西南西区连接东盟的一个大城市——防城港。目前，防城港与东兴之间的高铁已经通车。

总体来看，这3条铁路的修建，不仅对中越两国的互通大有益处，更有利于构建起整个东南亚地区的铁路网。
一方面，来自泰国、越南、柬埔寨等国的农产品和水果，可以长驱直入，从陆地运输至中国。中国的一些工业产品，也可以更方便地进入东盟市场。
王毅外长在会谈中还提到，中国援助越南，越南也需要遵守承诺。这是考虑到了中越两国在南海存在的争端，近期菲律宾还试图拉拢越南，一起抗衡中国。
如今，越南这3条铁路，是一笔不小的投资，中国花了大价钱合作，越南自然也该拿出合作的诚意。
对此，越副总理裴青山承诺，在涉台、涉港、涉疆、涉藏等中国敏感议题上，越方坚定支持中国维护主权，反对外来势力干涉中国内政。
至于南海问题，越南方面也表示，将妥善处理争议。中越这次深化合作，也给不断在南海惹事的马科斯政府打了样。
