央视网消息：福建厦门正在成为新型显示产业的重要集聚区，今年前两个月这里新型显示产业出口量达21.5亿元，同比增长33.1%。新型显示技术不仅让屏幕更薄、更清晰，还拓宽显示应用的领域。从可弯曲的车载显示屏到可折叠的手机屏幕，新型显示技术让这些屏幕不仅是显示信息的工具，更是我们与数字化、智能化、信息化世界互动的“触点”。如今，厦门集聚新型显示产业链上下游相关企业超2000家，他们忙接待、忙扩产、忙上“新”。记者探访了这个充满活力的产业。

在厦门一家新型显示屏生产企业，大家正在探讨一款新产品。这个面积只有四分之一指甲盖大小的微型显示屏，把它组装到眼镜里，就有了眼前这款重量只有几十克的AR眼镜。即便在强光下，镜片上依然能呈现出清晰的图像，还能加载各类应用和文字信息，市场热度居高不下。

在这家新型显示屏企业的会议室内，研发团队正与客户视频连线，讨论一款最新曲面车载屏的设计要求。这样的技术攻关会议几乎每天都要进行，有时甚至通宵达旦。

企业研发负责人告诉我们，当前他们面临着复杂而多变的生产需求。每天需要生产数千种不同型号、尺寸不一的屏幕，这就需要各个产线能够迅速、精准地切换。而如今这些已经变为现实，靠的就是这7间智能化车间。记者走进了其中一个智能车间，看到仅仅这一个车间就布置了50个AI摄像头。由于每种产品的制作工序和流程被提前输入到电脑应用程序当中，使AI摄像头能够实时监测和提示员工操作。

在这家生产柔性显示屏的无人车间里，平均每4秒就能生产一块曲面屏，每9秒就能产出一块折叠屏。一块作为显示屏原材料的玻璃基板要经过160多道生产工序和200多道检测工序，才能成为手机面板，而完成这400多道工序的是500多台各式各样的全自动化机器人。

前不久，企业又研发出最新的智能排产系统。有了这套系统后，只需要一名员工在智能排产系统中输入最新订单情况，就能在几分钟内生成一份生产计划，并将指令发送到生产一线。

搭建数智服务平台 推进产业全链条升级

在推动显示产业做大做强的同时，厦门正积极探索如何借助“数智化”技术优化生产要素配置，提高科研与生产的协同效应。通过一系列创新举措，厦门正努力在新型显示产业领域打造更高效、更智能的生态环境。

不久前，厦门火炬高新区联合5家科研院校和专业机构组成智库团队，为园区内的15家显示屏生产企业免费提供了生产诊断报告。

这份长达233页的诊断报告是给企业做的一次全面体检，从技术、资源、制造等各个方面给企业画像、打分，从而让企业明确今后需要调整的方向。

调研中我们发现，针对一些新型显示企业数字化能力不足的现象，厦门当地打造了“智能制造服务平台”。平台引入了全球范围内的优质智能制造领域服务商，以“线上超市”的方式，聚集了400多家服务商的2000多项服务，企业在平台上发布数字化改造需求后，通过服务人员审核，平台会为企业自动匹配，快速筛选出优质服务资源。

围绕显示产业，当地加大服务供给力度。即将竣工的超16万平方米的新型显示配套产业园，将用于重点引进上下游产品生产线，为配套项目提供梯度适用的发展空间。从2021年开始，园区还通过举办各种大赛，帮助企业精准对接高校专业毕业生，每年大赛都会为新型显示产业输送近千名人才。
