4月8日，在智己L6发布会上，智己方面对小米汽车的一项目数据标记错误。对此，小米汽车曾连续三次发文要求智己汽车道歉。
4月8日23时24分，小米公司发言人在微博发文表示，智己公司在8日晚发布会上对小米SU7 Max关键参数进行错误标注，造成极其严重的负面影响。
当日晚间，智己汽车联席CEO刘涛发文向小米汽车致歉，称：“由于产品信息的调研结果有误，发布会上有一处信息错误，小米SU7跟智己L6一样，都是前后电机都使用SIC碳化硅模块。”刘涛还表示，小米SU7是智己非常尊敬的竞争队友。
4月8日23时38分，小米公司发言人再发文强调称，不接受个人轻描淡写的非正式的道歉。再次敦促智己公司，立即公开澄清，并向被其误导的公众正式道歉！
