记者4月10日从黑龙江省生态环境厅获悉，4月5日，俄罗斯远东城市哈巴罗夫斯克市克拉夫丘克市发现放射性污染源，并在局地实施紧急状态。连日来，黑龙江省大气辐射环境自动监测站24小时实时监测γ辐射剂量率，并采集气溶胶样品。监测结果处于正常水平，未见异常。

据介绍，黑龙江省共有27个大气辐射环境自动监测站，其中佳木斯市抚远、同江地区2个自动监测站距离哈巴罗夫斯克地区最近，约为60公里和210公里，可24小时实时监测γ辐射剂量率并采集气溶胶样品。4月5日以来，连续自动监测结果显示，辐射值处于正常水平，未见异常。

4月8日，俄罗斯塔斯社文章称，此前曾进入紧急模式的哈巴罗夫斯克工业区现场的辐射值已恢复正常。4月9日，俄罗斯哈巴罗夫斯克市克拉夫丘克市长签署命令，宣布自10日起解除因发现放射性污染源（为一个工业探伤仪上的铯137胶囊，目前已被转送至专业监管机构）该市局地实施的紧急状态。此事件未对居民健康和周边环境造成不良影响。目前，哈巴罗夫斯克市生产生活秩序正常。

It is reported that there are a total of 27 automatic monitoring stations for atmospheric radiation environment in Heilongjiang Province. Among them, two automatic monitoring stations in Fuyuan and Tongjiang areas of Jiamusi City are closest to the Khabarovsk area, about 60 kilometers and 210 kilometers respectively, and can monitor in real-time 24 hours a day γ Radiation dose rate and collection of aerosol samples. Since April 5th, continuous automatic monitoring results have shown that the radiation value is at a normal level without any abnormalities.

On April 8th, TASS reported that the radiation levels at the site of the Khabarovsk industrial zone, which had previously entered emergency mode, had returned to normal. On April 9th, the mayor of Kravchuk in Khabarovsk, Russia, signed an order to lift the state of emergency implemented by the city's local authorities starting from the 10th due to the discovery of radioactive contamination sources (cesium-137 capsules on an industrial flaw detector that have been transferred to professional regulatory agencies). This incident did not have any adverse effects on the health of residents and the surrounding environment. At present, the production and living order in Khabarovsk city is normal.
