央视新闻消息，4月8日晚，兰州大学核科学与技术学院在官网正式公布了2024年硕士研究生调剂拟录取名单。记者核对过名单后发现，此前社会关注度很高的网传虐猫考生徐某某不在拟录取名单中，

据悉，该考生在思政考核一览中显示为“复试面试不合格、 未进入思政考核”。

据媒体报道，该名考生本科就读于东南大学土木工程学院，今年报考南京大学物理学院硕士研究生未被录取，后申请调剂兰州大学。其间，有网友反映该考生曾在学校宿舍虐杀猫，并上传视频到网上。

近日，网传一报考南京大学物理学院研究生学位的男子，以专业课排名第一的成绩被刷，原因疑似是其思想品德考核不过关。

在此之前，有多名网友在网络平台发帖，向学校反映，该名学生存在严重素质问题：曾在学校宿舍录视频虐杀猫，还加入过一个以虐猫为乐的网络团伙。

潇湘晨报4月3日报道，记者从南京大学相关部门了解到，网传信息部分为真。

接受采访的工作人员称，学校官网已经公示他考核不过的原因，“上面写的很清楚。考研有初试有复试，学校会综合考量。”

随后记者追问：“是否考量了虐猫事件？”

工作人员回应：“这些行为都有可能会影响。”

另据新黄河3月4日报道，该名考生本科就读于东南大学土木工程学院，不久前身涉一起虐猫事件。他在学校宿舍虐杀猫，还录制视频上传到网络。一段流出的画面显示：他将一只奶牛猫放入水桶，然后用脚踩踏猫头……

当时，南京市公安局就此事件回应称：“公安机关已迅速开展调查工作，已对徐某某（该名同学）及家人进行约谈，徐某某已认识到错误，并写下悔过书，承诺不再有类似情况发生。”

南京大学物理学院官网4月2日发布的《2024年硕士研究生招生考试复试成绩及总成绩》显示，该男子初试复试总分506.78分，备注为“复试不合格”；而此前学院公布的复试名单显示，该男子考研初试总分为369，在粒子与原子核物理专业排名第一。

该生在南京大学研究生复试未通过后，微博等平台传出消息称，该生已经进入兰州大学复试调剂名单。

对此，澎湃新闻记者6日下午电话联系了兰州大学研究生院相关部门。一名值班工作人员表示，兰大核院复试调剂确实还没有开始，相关工作会按照表定时间进行。

据兰州大学核科学与技术学院官网公布的《硕士研究生调剂考生招生复试安排》，复试在4月7日、8日举行，其中粒子物理与原子核物理、原子分子物理组于4月8日8时30分开面试。

4月5日，光明网就该事件发布文章《考研生疑似虐猫被刷，尊重生命也是“必修课”》。

文章称，不过关必须否决”。若因涉嫌虐猫行为被校方评判为思想品德不合格，取消录取倒也合情理。迅速且更为直接的回应不仅可以解答人们的疑虑，亦能给予支持者们足够的“底气”。

部分网友也认为学校的处理结果过重。其实，从政策文件上看，该校的做法有据可考。教育部发布的《2022年全国硕士研究生招生工作管理规定》中，思想政治素质和品德考核也被列为重要项目和依据。《管理规定》指出，招生单位可采取“函调”或“派人外调”的方式对考生的思想政治素质和品德进行考核。
