六部门发文明确预制菜定义和范围

新华网消息，市场监管总局等六部门21日联合发布《关于加强预制菜食品安全监管 促进产业高质量发展的通知》，首次明确预制菜定义和范围。通知明确，预制菜应当兼具预制化和菜肴的特征，突出工业化预加工特点和菜肴属性，具备和符合规模化、标准化、洁净化、规范化食品生产加工特点和要求。

通知还明确，预制菜是加热或熟制后方可食用的预包装菜肴，不包括主食类食品，如速冻面米食品、方便食品、盒饭、盖浇饭、馒头、糕点、肉夹馍、面包、汉堡、三明治、披萨等。同时，通知强调，预制菜“不添加防腐剂”“严把原料质量关，依法查验食用农产品原料的承诺达标合格证等产品质量合格证明，严格食品添加剂使用”。

《滨海旅游餐饮服务规范》5月1日起实施

今日惠州网消息，惠东县市场监督管理局牵头推动制定惠州市地方标准《滨海旅游餐饮服务规范》，该《规范》已于2024年3月1日颁布，5月1日起实施，该文件对滨海旅游海鲜餐饮经营服务的基本要求、设施设备与规范标识、服务过程、消费纠纷处理等方面进行统一和规范，有利于营造“安心、放心、舒心”的食品市场消费环境，提高消费纠纷产生后的处理时效，进而维护广大游客的合法权益。
