“现在，很多人已经把‘刷手机’当成了催眠神器。”3月14日，上海市眼病防治中心、上海市眼科医院眼科主任医师、眼科学博士葛玲向澎湃新闻记者表示，其实，关灯看手机，是非常危险的视力“杀手”，关灯后处在黑暗状态下玩手机，确实可能会导致青光眼。

葛玲解释称，青光眼的发生发展与眼压超过正常范围密切相关。”简单来说，我们眼睛的内部有一种叫做房水的液体，会在眼球内部流动，会对视网膜产生一定的压强，这个压强就是眼压。如果各种原因导致眼压增高，就会导致视网膜上视神经萎缩，视神经萎缩后，患者的视物范围会逐渐缩小，相当于透过一根空心的小管子去看世界，而且，随着病情进展，这个范围会越来越小，直到全盲。”

上海市眼病防治中心、上海市眼科医院眼科主治医师欧阳智琨在接受澎湃新闻记者采访时表示，在门诊中，她很少遇到一般健康人群因关灯玩手机诱发青光眼的病例，但的确存在一些易患人群会出现青光眼发作的可能。“我曾经遇到过一名50多岁的老奶奶，晚上刷手机追剧，连续追了好几天，最终导致青光眼发作，但这名患者主要是本身就存在前房角狭窄的情况，存在先天性遗传的可能性，而前房角狭窄就属于青光眼的易患人群。”

欧阳智琨也提到，前来该院就诊的眼科患者中，尤其是青年人群中，容易因关灯看手机带来干眼症的情况，但大多数病情并不会太严重，对症治疗即可恢复到正常，所以也不要太过于紧张。

针对哪类人群关灯玩手机更容易诱发青光眼呢？

对此，葛玲表示，如果患者是青光眼的易患人群，比如高龄、远视、有青光眼家族遗传史等，关灯玩手机就有可能会诱发青光眼，造成眼压的急剧升高。因为瞳孔在黑暗中处于散大状态，以此来增加眼睛的进光量，虹膜受到挤压，就都堆积在房水的出水口，于是房水的流出多多少少有些受阻，引发房角关闭，继而导致眼压升高，最后就会引发青光眼发作。

欧阳智琨同时指出，玩手机还会造成睫状肌不断地痉挛，进而导致前房进一步变浅、房角变窄，引起瞳孔阻滞。这种情况下容易出现青光眼的急性发作。病人会表现出眼睛酸胀，疼痛甚至头痛，眼睛充血，发红，视力明显下降等症状。青光眼急性发作的患者，需要尽快治疗，以挽救视力。

上述2名眼科医生同时提醒，即使不是青光眼的易患人群，关灯看手机也是不良的生活习惯，在瞳孔放大的情况下，过多的光线还有造成视网膜损伤的潜在风险，容易导致眼疲劳、干眼症等诸多不良后果，影响眼健康和生活质量。

葛玲同时特别提醒，青光眼是全球首位不可逆致盲性眼病，被称作“视力杀手”，如果没有及时发现而错过治疗时机或治疗不正规，极有可能导致失明。同时，青光眼具有一定的遗传性，青光眼患者的子女虽然不一定患青光眼，但其比正常人患青光眼的概率大。因此，有青光眼家族史的40岁以上人群应定期做眼科检查。
