曾舍弃价值10多万元的蟹笼，在海上救起16人的浙江舟山“船老大”沈华忠再次救人——3月12日，在海上作业时发现16名遇难外籍渔民，他又一次果断舍弃6000只价值36万元的蟹笼，组织救援，将16人接上自己的渔船。“钱损失了固然可惜，但救人第一、生产第二，看到有人遇难施救是渔民的本能。”沈华忠13日向澎湃新闻表示。

12日上午，沈华忠的渔船在长江口渔场162海区作业。“海面有雾，能见度比较差，我们刚布放完6000只蟹笼，发现约3海里外的海面上有浓烟。”他告诉澎湃新闻，凭26年的出海经验，判断是有人落水后发出烟雾弹求救。

为了让船更轻便，沈华忠命令船员立即砍断蟹笼绳，驶向冒烟海域。抵达时，沈华忠看到有1人落水，另15人在救生艇上，附近没有工作的船舶，疑似已经沉没。他指挥船员用钢梯将落水者救起，再将另15人接上船。据介绍，落水者被救时已有失温情况，沈华忠等马上给他换衣服、盖被子、喝姜汤，还有船员用双手捂着落水者的双脚为其取暖，没多久，对方的状态恢复平稳。

澎湃新闻了解到，获救的16名船员均为外籍，是一辆运煤船的员工，被救前船舶已沉没。

这不是沈华忠第一次砍断蟹笼绳救人。2021年9月26日，正在作业的沈华忠得知附近一艘载着16名船员的渔船失联，命令全船停止作业，斩断连接蟹笼的绳索，舍弃正在回收的蟹笼赶往搜救，救起16名落水船员。因其见义勇为行为，沈华忠被评为2021年度“最美浙江人·浙江骄傲”年度人物，并荣获第八届省“见义勇为”道德模范称号。
