原标题：教育部等四部门：要求中小学每天安排30分钟大课间活动，缓解视力疲劳

3月12日，据教育部消息：近日，教育部、国家卫生健康委、市场监管总局、国家疾控局联合印发通知，决定在2024年3月以“有效减少近视发生 共同守护光明未来”为主题，开展第8个全国近视防控宣传教育月活动。通知作出六项部署。跟教育小微一起来看。

一是推进近视防控“六个一”试点。教育部命名的全国儿童青少年近视防控改革试验区和试点县（市、区）结合近视防控改革试验试点工作要求，在中小学校、幼儿园部署开展“每班张贴一张标准对数视力表、中小学生每天上下午各做一次眼保健操、每月开展一次班级内视力自测、每季度开展一次近视防控科普宣教活动、每学期初开展一次专题部署、每年跟踪对比分析一次全校学生视力状况”等“六个一”近视防控试点，探索总结近视防控创新举措和有效方法。

二是确保中小学生课间正常活动。中小学校每节课间应安排学生走出教室适量活动和放松，每天统一安排30分钟大课间体育活动，让学生有更多时间到户外活动和望远，缓解视力疲劳。

三是深入开展近视防控宣传教育。各地教育、卫健、疾控等部门强化医教结合，医校协同，组织近视防控宣讲团、眼科和儿童眼保健专家，深入中小学校、幼儿园、社区开展近视防控和视力健康宣教活动和眼科义诊活动，大力普及科学防控近视的方法和高度近视的危害，帮助孩子养成良好用眼习惯，支持和指导医疗机构协助学校加强学生视力检查和咨询指导，指导视力不良学生及时矫治，做到近视早预防、早发现、早干预、早矫治。

四是开展中小学生视力监测。中小学校在宣传教育月期间开展1次视力监测，重点关注中小学生寒假返校后视力变化情况，及时将视力监测结果反馈给学生和家长。

五是严厉打击营销环节违法行为。各地市场监管部门加强眼镜制配场所计量监管，深入开展近视防控相关产品质量执法，加大对近视防控相关虚假宣传等违法行为打击力度，严厉查处各类违法行为，依法从严查处儿童青少年近视防控产品误导性营销宣传行为。

六是选树推广近视防控先进典型。选树并大力宣传一批近视防控先进学校和班级，引导学校和广大师生、家长树立健康第一的教育理念。
