shapes、forms、patterns
1.shapes（名词复数 / 动词第三人称单数）：“形状；外形；塑造；影响”（如 different shapes 不同形状；the shape of the earth 地球的形状；shapes his character 塑造他的性格；shapes the future 影响未来），多义需区分 “名词” 和 “动词”；
2. forms（名词复数 / 动词三单）：“形式；表格；形成；构成”（如 different forms 不同形式；application forms 申请表；forms a line 排成一队；forms the basis 构成基础），侧重 “抽象形式或构成”，shapes 是 “具体形状或塑造”；
3. patterns（名词复数 / 动词三单）：“图案；模式；模仿；形成模式”（如 flower patterns 花朵图案；behavior patterns 行为模式；patterns his style 模仿他的风格），侧重 “重复的图案或模式”，shapes 是 “整体形状或塑造”；
4. 注意 shapes 作 “塑造” 时，搭配 “shape sth./sb.”（塑造某物 / 某人），如 “shape the next generation 塑造下一代”，forms 作 “形成” 时搭配 “form sth.”（形成某物），patterns 作 “模式” 时搭配 “pattern of”（… 的模式）。
