ensure、assure、insure
1.insure（动词，及物）：“给… 投保；确保”（侧重 “财务保险，如 “insure a car” 给汽车投保、“insure against loss” 投保防损失”），美式也可表 “确保”；
2. ensure（动词，及物）：“确保；保证”（通用，如 “ensure success” 确保成功”），比 insure 更侧重 “非保险的确保”，英式不混用；
3. assure（动词，及物）：“使确信；保证”（搭配 sb.，如 “assure him of safety” 让他确信安全”），比 insure 更侧重 “消除疑虑”。
单词用法
insure指使人或事物有把握，即保证某一结果或事变会作为结果或伴随情况肯定地，不可避免地出现，即“保证”；也可指商定补偿意外损失，即“保险”，也可指其他险种。保险的对象可以是人，也可以是物。insure主要用作及物动词，后接名词或代词作宾语，也可以接双宾语。insure与介词for搭配，表示“为…投保”，介词for后通常接投保的钱数。
