efficient、effective、productive、capable
1. efficient：“高效的（省时省力）”（如 efficient machine；efficient worker，侧重 “过程中资源利用率高”）；
2. effective：“有效的（达成结果）”（如 effective method；effective medicine，侧重 “结果符合预期”，与 “效率” 无关）；
3. productive：“多产的（产出多）”（如 productive day；productive farm，侧重 “产出数量多”，比 efficient 更强调 “产量”）；

单词用法
efficient修饰人、事物、行为皆可，是“能胜任的”、“得力的”或“有效率的”的意思。

efficient与effective,effectual和efficacious都不同:
effective是“很有效的”意思，用于事物或人，一般是呈现出正确的结果或是解决了问题。
effectual是“达到目的的”意思，不能用于人。
efficacious是“必然有效的”意思，程度比effective轻，尤指药品。
efficient是“有效率的”，可以用于人，事物和行为。
