易混词辨析
contribute、contribution、donor、participant
1. contributor：名词 “贡献者；投稿人”（搭配 a contributor to charity 慈善贡献者；a newspaper contributor 报纸投稿人），核心是 “对某事 / 某物有贡献的人”；
2. 与 contribute（动词 “贡献；投稿”，如 contribute to a project 为项目做贡献）混淆词性 ——contribute 是动词（contribute sth to sth），contributor 是名词（不可说 “contribute to the book” 指人，应为 “a contributor to the book”）；
3. 与 contribution（名词 “贡献；稿件”，如 make a contribution 做贡献）区别：contribution 是 “贡献的内容 / 行为”，contributor 是 “做出贡献的人”（his contribution to science 他对科学的贡献，he is a contributor to science 他是科学领域的贡献者）；
