assess、evaluate、judge
1. assess：动词 “评估”（如 “assess risk”，侧重量化分析）；
2. evaluate：动词 “评价”（如 “evaluate performance”，侧重综合判断）；
3. judge：动词 “判断”（如 “judge a competition”，侧重主观裁决）。
单词用法
assess的基本意思是“估价，估计”，可指官方等对形势等的估计，也可指对财产等进行估价，引申可作“评定，核定”解，指对人、物、工作等进行评价。
assess是及物动词，可接名词或代词作宾语，有时接‘as+adj.’结构作补足语，也可用于被动结构。
