中考体育评分标准有变？上海、北京都降了！
近日，上海市教委发布修订完善后的《上海市初中毕业升学体育考试工作实施方案》，自2022学年的七年级起实行。
上海：长跑降低标准，设附加分
《方案》明确，体育考试由统一考试和日常考核两个部分组成，总分为30分。其中，统一考试满分为15分，日常考核满分为15分。
统一考试项目保持不变，800米跑、1000米跑、羽毛球的考试成绩评定标准有所调整。且考生如选择1000米（男）/800米（女）跑，达到一定要求后可得附加分（统一考试满分仍为15分）。
主要变化
男生1000米跑的满分成绩由3分34秒调整为3分55秒，成绩达到3分54秒—3分41秒的，得附加分0.5分，达到3分40秒及以上的，得附加分1分（统一考试总分仍为15分）。
女生800米跑的满分成绩由3分19秒调整为3分40秒，成绩达到3分39秒—3分26秒的，得附加分0.5分，达到3分25秒及以上的，得附加分1分（统一考试总分仍为15分）。
羽毛球项目的最主要调整内容为，每名考生连续击球20个，选取得分最高的15个球作为有效计分球，且只进行一次测试。
北京长跑难度也降了
2023年，北京市发布最新版“体育中考现场测试”评分标准，2024年中考开始适用。
值得关注的是，男女生中长跑满分标准分别优化调整为4分05秒和3分55秒，男女生都慢了30秒左右，难度降低。
北京市教委解释，评分标准的制定总体按照“达到良好即满分”的原则，科学调整原有项目标准，完善新增项目标准，增健康、增快乐，学生只要认真参与体育锻炼就能达到良好的效果。

The full score of the girls' 800 meter run is adjusted from 3 minutes 19 seconds to 3 minutes 40 seconds, and the score of 3 minutes 39 seconds to 3 minutes 26 seconds will be added 0.5 points, and the score of 3 minutes 25 seconds and above will be added 1 point (the total score of the unified test is still 15 points).
The most important adjustment of badminton is that each candidate hits 20 balls in a row, and the 15 balls with the highest score are selected as effective scoring balls, and only one test is conducted.
The difficulty of long-distance running in Beijing has also dropped
In 2023, Beijing released the latest version of the "Physical Education senior High School Examination field Test" scoring standards, and the 2024 senior high School examination began to apply.
It is worth noting that the full score standards for male and female students in middle and long-distance running were optimized and adjusted to 4 minutes 05 seconds and 3 minutes 55 seconds respectively, and both male and female students were about 30 seconds slower and the difficulty was reduced.
