跨国器械企业转产中国：“种草是追马的最好方法”｜海斌访谈
“这个机器人结合了转产和本土转型。”美敦力副总裁于婧近日在进博会上表示。
Mazor X是美敦力的脊柱外科机器人，它原来是从国外出口中国，现在已经可以由美敦力康辉常州科技园生产制造。类似的，测序仪器制造商因美纳则把部分产能从新加坡转到了中国上海。
跨国公司往往全球布点，产业链条的调整，意味着国与国之间的产业竞争。中国医疗器械生态的繁荣，离不开强大的跨国企业。
千里马常有，而伯乐不常有。“种草是追马最好的方法。”进博会的一场论坛上，上海市卫生和健康发展研究中心主任金春林表示。
转产中国
原本产于国外，出口到中国的Mazor X，现在部分转到了中国生产。
这是一款脊柱外科机器人，用以辅助医生完成临床手术。医疗整体在向数字化、智能化的方向转变，而机器人是未来医疗领域的明珠。四年前，美敦力把这款机器人带到了进博会上展出，第二年在中国市场正式上市，并推向了医疗机构。
这台设备价值不菲，它能在中国市场落地，也增强了美敦力在中国投资的意愿。美敦力也是在四年前开始了这款机器人的中国本土化项目。
“这个机器人结合了转产和本土转型，从国外转产到中国，然后本土创新。”于婧接受采访时表示，美敦力不断地增加投资投入，经过四年的努力，美国、以色列、中国，以及欧洲的四地研发团队协作努力，最终才能使这个首款本土的脊柱外科手术机器人在10月28号拿到中国注册证。
美敦力在中国常州有两大基地，一个是康辉，一个是康迪。康辉聚焦于骨科和神经外科，康迪是聚焦于大外科板块。美敦力两年前在康辉增加了战略投资，升级了科技园。
康辉本是常州的本土骨科企业，2012年被美敦力收购后成为后者的全资子公司。2022年6月，美敦力与江苏常州的高新区政府签署协议，决定升级区域医疗设备制造能力。在这之后，康辉常州科技园将承担美敦力全球供应链区域基地与康辉医疗全球总部的双重职能。
Mazor X的本土化生产就是在常州科技园完成的。为此，美敦力投资建设了全新的有源设备生产线，2023年4月，本土脊柱外科手术机器人Mazor XC工程样机下线，2024年10月Mazor XC正式获批。
“我们未来的规划是推出更多的创新产品，这里有一部分是从全球转产到中国来生产研发，有一部分是本土的创新。”于婧透露。
因美纳则是从新加坡基地出口中国，现在希望中国生产基地完成部分的替代。
因美纳是一家全球重点的基因测序和芯片技术公司。进博会开幕首日，因美纳与西湖大学等在内的本土客户签约，向他们提供最新的MiSeq i100测序仪；因美纳将于北京设立中国客户体验中心，以加强创新解决方案本土合作，中心拟于2025年建成开放。

Mazor X is Medtronic's spinal surgery robot, which was originally exported to China from abroad and can now be manufactured by Medtronic comfort Changzhou Science Park. Similarly, Imina, a maker of sequencing equipment, has moved some production from Singapore to Shanghai, China.
Multinational companies are often distributed globally, and the adjustment of industrial chain means industrial competition between countries. The prosperity of China's medical device ecology cannot be separated from strong multinational enterprises.
The horse is often, but the bole is not often. "Planting grass is the best way to chase horses." Jin Chunlin, director of the Shanghai Health and Health Development Research Center, said at a forum at the CIIE.
Transfer production to China
Mazor X, originally made abroad and exported to China, is now partly manufactured in China.
This is a spine surgery robot, used to assist doctors to complete clinical surgery. The overall medical treatment is changing to the direction of digitalization and intelligence, and robots are the pearl of the future medical field. Four years ago, Medtronic brought this robot to the Expo exhibition, the second year in the Chinese market officially listed, and promoted to medical institutions.
This device is worth a lot of money, and its landing in the Chinese market has also strengthened Medtronic's willingness to invest in China. Medtronic also started the Chinese localization project for the robot four years ago.
"This robot combines conversion and local transformation, from abroad to China, and then local innovation." Yu Jing said in an interview that Medtronic continued to increase investment, after four years of efforts, the United States, Israel, China, and Europe's four R & D teams worked together to finally make this first local spinal surgery robot in October 28 to get the Chinese registration certificate.
Medtronic has two major bases in Changzhou, China, one is Kanghui and the other is Kandy. Comfort focuses on orthopedics and neurosurgery, while Kandy focuses on major surgery. Medtronic increased its strategic investment in Comforter two years ago and upgraded the science park.
Comfort was originally a local orthopedic enterprise in Changzhou, and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Medtronic after its acquisition in 2012. In June 2022, Medtronic signed an agreement with the government of the High-tech Zone in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, to upgrade the regional medical equipment manufacturing capacity. After this, Cotronics Changzhou Science Park will assume the dual functions of Medtronic's global supply chain regional base and Cotronics' global headquarters.
