中新网重庆4月14日电 (梁钦卿)针对近期有重庆市民反映家中燃气计量有误和燃气费用增加等问题，重庆市人民政府副秘书长全伟13日晚在新闻发布会上表示，重庆市委、市政府已责成市级相关部门成立联合调查组对有关问题进行深入调查。

全伟表示，联合调查组由重庆市市场监督管理局牵头，重庆市经济和信息化委员会、重庆市发展和改革委员会、重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会、重庆市公安局等相关部门组成，已经进驻重庆燃气集团、凯源燃气等相关燃气企业开展调查工作。

联合调查组将对市民反映的气表质量、燃气质量、气表计量、价格、收费、服务等方面进行全面调查，弄清事实、还原真相，及时处理有关问题，回应市民关切。对于调查中发现的违法违纪行为将严肃查处、绝不姑息，并向社会公开曝光。相关调查工作正在进行中，将向广大市民及时公布调查结果。

重庆市市场监督管理局局长唐英瑜表示，市场监管局作为计量监督管理的主管部门，已成立联合调查组进驻相关燃气企业开展调查处置。一是迅速约谈企业核实情况，深入查找费用上涨原因；二是全面开展燃气表专项抽检，对近期消费者投诉举报燃气表计量有误的，逐一与消费者沟通，对有送检意愿的，由市市场监管局会同所属区县局组织专业力量上门抽检；三是对近期反映燃气问题的民众逐一回访；四是重庆市计量质量检测研究院实行24小时值班制度受理民众燃气表委托检定，及时出具检定证书。

重庆市经济和信息化委员会副主任涂兴永表示，该部门已督促重庆燃气集团于4月10日开通燃气计量免费复核服务快速通道。截至4月12日，共受理咨询和投诉7362件，目前正在有序核对和处理之中。同时，该部门还督促重庆燃气集团等企业开展自查自纠，目前已完成20多万户用户筛查，对用户用量增幅较大的，通过线上沟通、上门核查等方式，逐一进行复核并及时解决。

针对市民关注的燃气费用增加问题，重庆市市场监管局已抽调力量进驻企业驻点核查，并成立专项调查组开展现场核查。下一步，该部门将拓展企业覆盖面，重点检查天然气经营企业是否存在擅自提高天然气销售价格、是否存在不严格执行阶梯气价政策行为、是否存在不严格执行调价文件行为、是否存在不执行燃气优惠政策等行为。同时，对消费者反映的问题线索也将继续逐一核查，对核查出的问题依法依规严肃处理。(完)
