不过，其2月16日、19日发布的相关造谣视频以及4月12日发布的道歉视频仍可打开相关链接。

4月13日下午，微博、微信视频号、抖音等多个社交平台相继宣布封禁网红“Thurman猫一杯”的账号。

比如，微信公众号“微信珊瑚安全”发布公告称，近日，警方通报“在巴黎拾到小学生秦朗作业本”视频系编造，公安机关已依法对相关人员作出行政处罚。平台鼓励真诚创作，严厉打击编造散播虚假信息、通过恶意摆拍制造或蹭炒热点、故意博眼球占用公共资源等行为。根据中央网信办《关于加强“自媒体”管理的通知》及平台规则，对视频账号“Thurman猫一杯”进行封号处置。

此前，杭州市公安局西湖区分局微博@平安西湖 4月12日通报称，近期，公安机关在工作中发现并接到网民举报，有自媒体账号在网络发布一则“在法国巴黎拾到小学生秦朗丢失的作业本”的视频，涉嫌传播网络谣言。公安机关依法开展调查。

经查，为吸粉引流，网民徐某某（女，29岁，网名“Thurman猫一杯”）与同事薛某（男，30岁）共同策划、编造“拾到小学生秦朗丢失的作业本”系列视频脚本，后网购寒假作业本，用手机自拍、制作相关视频，并散播至多个网络平台，造成恶劣影响。目前，公安机关已依法对徐某某、薛某及二人所在公司作出行政处罚。

当天，公安部网站也发布消息称，公安机关打击整治网络谣言专项行动取得阶段性成效，公布10起典型案例，“秦朗巴黎丢寒假作业”事件正是其中之一，由浙江、江苏公安机关查处。
