举报信载明，黄教授在指导学生的过程中采用高压、严苛的方式，频繁进行人身攻击和辱骂，伤害了学生的自尊心和自信心，导致课题组多人产生精神焦虑甚至抑郁。此外，他与两位博士后还压榨学生的劳动力，强迫学生进行与学业和科研无关的私活，严重侵犯了学生的权益。

1月17日，举报学生还发布了125页的举报材料：实验样本与实验原始数据对不上；实验图标数据被修改；同样的实验图片，在不同的论文中被标注为“小鼠肝脏中的蛋白表达结果”和“仔猪肝脏中的蛋白表达结果”……

黄某若：这三天，有三四百个人打我电话，我饱受精神折磨，每天只睡一两个小时，认真看了100多页的举报材料，也写了针对学生举报的回复材料。写得差不多了，为学生考虑，我没有选择在网上公开。

上游新闻记者：材料的内容主要是什么？

黄某若：材料主要内容就是我一一列举证据，证明举报不实，证明自己的清白。克扣劳务费、学术不端、不做实验就有数据、叫学生“下面的人”、操作评审这些都不实，学生的举报全部不实。

黄某若：还没有。

黄某若：暂时没有。我相信学校会有个客观的调查。
