未经他人苦，莫劝他人善。出自庄子《人间世》。

思是没有站在别人的立场去感受,或者没有体验过别人的经历,就不要去劝别人大度和行善。在自己的生活中,只能严格的要求自己,不要只站在自己的道德制高点上去要求别人。

未经他人苦，莫劝他人善，你若经我苦，未必有我善，就是说一个人你没有经历过别人曾经经历的一些苦楚，你不要轻易去劝别人，因为你都不知道有一些伤口，别人都已经经历了多少，如果你经历了别人曾经经历的那些苦楚，你可能还未必有别人善良。

这个世上永远没有感同身受，只有冷暖自知。

别人看到的都只是表面，永远不会感觉到内在的情绪，所以没有切切实实经历过别人的人生，永远不要妄图去指责和评判。
