mention、refer to、note
1. mention：动词 / 名词，“提及；提到”（搭配 “mention a book in the article；don’t mention it；a brief mention”），侧重 “简单提及”，无 “详细说明” 含义；
2. refer to：动词短语，“参考；涉及”（搭配 “refer to a dictionary；refer to the problem”），侧重 “详细参考或深入涉及”，无 “简单提及” 含义，与 mention 语义深度不同；
3. note：动词 / 名词，“记录；注意到；便条”（搭配 “note down the key points；note that；a note”），侧重 “书面记录或主动注意”，无 “提及” 含义，易误用 note 表 “提到”。
