attend、join、take part in、attend to
1. attend：动词，“参加（会议 / 课程）；照顾；出席”（搭配 “attend a meeting；attend to sb.”）；
2. join：动词，“加入（组织 / 群体）；参加（活动）”（搭配 “join a club；join in an activity”），侧重 “成为成员” 或 “参与动作”；
3. take part in：动词短语，“参加（活动）”，侧重 “主动参与”，无 “照顾” 含义；
4. attend to：动词短语，“照顾；处理”，易与 “attend（参加）” 混淆用法，需通过语境区分。
